Testimony from Carol Realini
I have been donating to Nyaka for a few years now for many reasons. One reason is that they support girls education. I saw firsthand in Africa how girls are excluded from education and forced to work at an early age. Some of them are even forced to work in the sex industry to survive.
Over the years I have become very committed to girls education and feel like it is such a great way to support positive change in the world; educated women are community members, leaders, social entrepreneurs, and mothers. They are positive change agents in their communities. Nyaka supports AIDS orphans giving them education and extended support. Over half the children are girls which is exceptional given how many times girls in Africa are excluded from school. Before Nyaka, these girls were very high risk for dead, disease, or a life of tragedy. Nyaka saves their lives and gives them opportunity.
Jackson is a great social entrepreneur. He needs support for secondary school scholarships for Nyaka graduates many of who are girls. I highly recommend this investment. I know Jackson would be sure your donation would be put to great use.
