Consider it an investment in the future.
Although there is nothing conclusive yet, we expect at least 75% of our P-7 graduating class to have test scores high enough to be accepted into secondary school. At least three or four of our students will have test scores good enough to apply to some of the top schools in Uganda.
This 75% is compared to other rural schools in Uganda which have on average only 20% of their students scoring high enough to qualify for secondary school education.
$500 covers one year of secondary school and covers the following:
tuition/room and board, mattress/bedding, suitcase, books, travel, uniform, shoes, and most importantly - a quality education!
